The website requires the handling of personal data, such as the IP address for providing the contents displayed on the website, for requests made by you or for our Services.

Data processing with your consent

The legality of data processing prior to withdrawal remains unaffected by your withdrawal.

Newsletter
Our newsletter is used as a general means of communication and may include updates to the Services as well as new partner agreements. You have the option to unsubscribe to our newsletter at anytime.

Information We Share
We share your personal information with your consent or as necessary to provide the Services. In addition, we share personal information with vendors or agents to provide the Services. We commission an external service provider with tasks in the area of payment services as data processor for the purposes described herein. The service provider has been carefully selected by us and is regularly monitored, in particular with regard to the careful handling and protection of personal data accessible to them. We oblige all service providers to maintain confidentiality and to comply with legal requirements. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU or Swiss individuals received pursuant to EU-US or US-Swiss Privacy Shield, Ecwid is potentially liable. We will access, transfer, disclose, and preserve personal information, when doing so is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process, including from law enforcement or other government agencies.

Cookies

If you cannot access personal information collected by Ecwid by the a foregoing link or through the Ecwid services, you may contact Ecwid at the address above and Ecwid will respond to requests to access or edit your personal information.

You have the right to object at any time on grounds arising from your particular situation to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
